Hiya! I hope you all had a great week! The above image is from my Goodtype Tuesday lettering Challenge. The assignment was to letter the name or quote of one African American hero. I chose Nina Simone because not only was she is a very talented singer and musician but was also an activist in the civil rights movement. If you have not heard her music I highly recommend that you take a listen. You won’t be disappointed.
