Hiya! Hope you had a great Christmas. Our Christmas was very different this year, I missed my family very much. My husband and I made it special with homemade spinach lasagne and pizzelles. Very delicious! I also made some Cavatelli with the leftover dough that my future self can enjoy. Chris insisted on watching A Christmas Story three times. Three times! How did you spend your Christmas?

Unfortunately the Christmas cards I designed, which I ordered on November 27th didn’t arrive until December 24th. Because of the postal backup it didn’t leave me any time to mail them so I guess I have a jump on next Christmas.

Here’s hoping 2021 is a great year!
