CHOCOLATE, YES PLEASE!
A few months ago I was sitting at my desk eating one of those 100 calorie snacks. I had flipped the wrapper over and saw a long list of ingredients. At that moment I realized that I wanted to eat more simply and more healthy. This is one of the desserts that I really enjoy and am pretty excited about. The banana makes it sweet and the avocado makes it rich and well chocolate makes it fantastic. I hope you give it a try and let me know what you think. I would love to read your comments. Healthy Chocolate Mousse
1 ripe Banana
1/2 Avocado
2 tsps Cocoa Powder (I use special dark cocoa)
Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

FIVE YEARS AND COUNTING
Five years ago today I married my soulmate and best friend, Chris. I couldn't be happier with my decision. Well, I wish I would have married him sooner. We have been married for 5 years and together for 18 (trust me, I know this sounds odd). I just love everything about this guy. I am cracking up all the time. He has made me laugh so hard that I am literally rolling around on the floor. There really aren't words to express how much I care about Chris. I just think he is a fabulous human being and I never get sick of spending time with him. Thank you Chris for marrying me. I love you to bits!
NEW ADDITION TO MY COLLECTION
A few years ago I started a really cool collection of antique letterpress printing blocks. Print is definitely my first love in the design world so it is really not a stretch that I would start collecting these. I just think these letters are so amazing and I want to keep these from disappearing off the face of the planet. Recently my dad gave me a great new addition to my collection and I wanted to share it. These even came in a neat little box as well.
