HI!

hi-01.jpg

Hiya! So we just got an Instant Pot. If you don’t already know, it is an electric pressure cooker. The original reason that I wanted to purchase this was because about 30 percent of the time I mess up cooking rice. I blame it on an electric stove because I didn’t have this issue with all the gas stoves that we had in the past. I really don’t like appliances that do only one thing so I was hesitant on getting a rice cooker. All my googling and researching lead me to the Instant pot and I can safely say at this point both my husband and I are in love. I’m sure right at this moment my husband is dreaming of all the hunks of meat that he would like to cook. I am thinking about all the vegan/vegetarian recipes I can make. There is definitely a learning curve because it is a completely different way of cooking, but this thing is so great. Do you have one? What is your favorite recipe? What are you up to today? I hope you have a wonderful day!
